GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. - The Gloversville Police Department has arrested a 57-year-old man for allegedly touching a 17-year-old female while she was showering.
Police say they received a report of Raymond Duesler, of 27 Park Avenue, having inappropriate contact with the teen who had spent the night at Duesler's residence with a family member of his.
During the investigation, officers learned Duesler entered the bathroom twice while the female was showering. The second time he allegedly entered naked and began to touch the 17-year-old about the body.
According to police, Duesler may have acted in a similar manner in the recent past. Police are interviewing other teenage females at this time and additional charges are pending.
As of now, he is charged with Forcibly Touching, a misdemeanor, and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail.
