ALBANY, N.Y. -- In just a
few days, Albany's long-awaited parking permit system will officially go into
effect.
The program begins Tuesday
Jan. 15, at 8 a.m.
Starting that day, drivers
will need a permit sticker to park through 6 p.m. in three main areas of the
city.
Those without a permit, can
only leave their car for two hours at a time.
