COPAKE, N.Y. - An Ancramdale
man is charged with aggravated DWI after troopers say he was four times over
the legal limit.
State troopers say they
pulled 39-year old John Oakley over on Sunday night in Copake after observing
his vehicle weaving in and out of the lane.
Troopers then arrested Oakley
after they said he failed a field sobriety test. During a later breath test,
State Police say Oakley registered a .32 blood alcohol content - four times the
legal limit.
Oakely was charged with Aggravated
DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and having an
Unregistered Motor Vehicle.
