
RENSSELAER, N.Y. - Police in Rensselaer say investigators are looking into the cause of a fire which occurred at the Rensselaer Volunteer Ambulance building Friday morning.
Police say the fire started at 901 Third Street around 3 a.m. and was extinguished within the hour.
Rensselaer Police, Fire Department and Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office were on scene Friday morning investigating the possible cause, and if the fire was accidental or arson. A K-9 Arson Unit was dispatched to the scene by the Rensselaer County Sheriff. No injuries were reported.
