FLORIDA, N.Y. - Two Montgomery County teens have been indicted on murder charges in the July murders of two other teenagers.
Authorities say 16-year-old Anthony Brasmeister and 15-year-old Matthew Phelps and have each been indicted on two murder and two weapon charges - both boys will be tried as adults.
Police say the duo took 16-year-old Paul Damphier and 13-year-old Jonathon DeJesus into a field and shot them with a rifle. DeJesus and Damphier's bodies were found 10 days later.
Brasmeister and Phelps are expected back in court as soon as a judge is selected.
