COLONIE, N.Y. - The Colonie Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Gulf Mart on Central Avenue Monday night.
Police say just after 11 p.m. two male suspects wearing black ski masks entered the Mega Mart Gulf Gas Station and
demanded money from the clerk. One subject was armed with
what appeared to be a shotgun.
The suspects were given less than $100 cash from the
register, and fled the area on foot. They were last
seen headed southbound on Lincoln
Avenue.
The suspects were both described as black males, late teens/early 20's, 6' tall,
thin-medium build. One suspect was wearing a light-colored grey hooded sweatshirt and
khaki-colored baggy pants, the other was wearing a black jacket over a light-colored grey
hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and brown shoes.
