After speaking with the property owner, Troopers learned that Cody Ricker, 18, had gone into the woods with several friends and several more had arrived.

Troopers went to the spot that the land owner described and observed several people standing around a bonfire, as well as several more vehicles. They learned that several underage people were present and had been drinking.

Troopers spoke with those present, provided preliminary breath tests, and issued diversion tickets to a number of individuals.

Juveniles that were present were released to a parent or responsible adult. Ricker was issued a citation for Furnishing to a Minor.
