Damen Davis-Breuer
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Saratoga Springs Police Department is asking residents who might have had items stolen from their vehicles to step forward.
On Wednesday, December 5, police announced the arrest of 17-year-old Damen Davis-Breuer, of Greenfield Center, New York. He was arrested Tuesday around 8:30 p.m. for assault in the third degree after engaging in a fight with a Saratoga Springs High School student.
During the course of the investigation as it pertained to assault charges, police also found Davis-Breuer to be a suspect in connection with car larcenies dating back to November 4, 2012.
As the investigation has ensued further information has been uncovered.
"We have also determined through our investigation that the items were stolen from numerous vehicles in the Kirby Road and Buff Road area," Saratoga Police Department announced in a statement released Friday. "We have received very few reports of stolen items from that area so we are asking for the homeowners to come forward if they were victims of recent car larceny."
The specific area of interest includes Kirby Road and Buff Road, running between Church Street and Washington Street in the northwest section of Saratoga Springs.
The items secured include things like:
- iPads
- iPhones
- Miscellanerous electronics
