CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. - The second of the two teens who survived the deadly Northway crash on Saturday night is also back home and recovering. 17-year-old Matt Hardy, Shenendehowa High School senior, was released from the hospital Thursday night.
Hardy made national headlines after a Twitter campaign garnered support and phone calls from New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow and New Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain.
Hardy was one of four teens inside the SUV at the time of the accident. Two Shenendehowa High School studentd were killed. Bailey Wind, the Shaker High senior who also survived with injuries, was discharged Wednesday.
