ALBANY, N.Y. - The case against the man accused of stabbing three people, killing one of them, will be upgraded to county court.
Police arrested Michael Anderson last week. They say he stabbed and killed 20-year-old Tonette Thomas and injured her sister and aunt.
According to the Albany County D.A., the case was sent to county court during a hearing Monday.
Anderson is charged with one count of second degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.
