KINDERHOOK, N.Y. - Kinderhook State Police stopped a vehicle on Friday for failing to use their signal.
The car was driving down County Route 28 in the town of Kinderhook.
The driver, Richard A. Wolfe, 40, of Hudson, was found to have a suspended driver's license.
A DMV check revealed that Wolfe's license had thirteen suspensions from seven different dates.
Wolfe was taken into custody and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was arraigned in the Village of Kinderhook Justice Court, and released on $100 dollars cash bail.
