QUEENSBURY, N.Y. - The
Warren County Sheriff's Office is investigating a robbery which occurred at
Jim's Wines and Liquor in Queensbury Tuesday night.
The Sheriff's Office says a suspect entered the liquor store located at 4 Western Avenue in the Town of Queensbury around 7 p.m. and ordered the clerk to empty the register.
A
weapon was not displayed, however the suspect implied he had one. After taking the money, the suspect exited
the store and fled on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male, in his 20's, stocky build, around 5'11". At
the time of the robbery he was wearing a white v-neck undershirt with a dark-colored
work-style shirt over it. He also had a
gray, flat-brimmed hat on his head. (Photo to the right.)
