State police are searching for 32-year-old Shane Phillips, of Johnson, VT who has been wanted for over ten years on multiple aggravated assault charges.
During a November 18th incident, State Troopers came
into contact with Phillips when they attempted to affect a motor vehicle stop on
Route 118 in Berkshire, VT after observing a high-speed motor vehicle violation.
As a result of this incident, Phillips is now also wanted for Attempted
Aggravated Assault on Law Enforcement, Felony Attempting to Elude, Careless and
Negligent Operation, and Excessive Speed.
The
public is urged to contact police with information regarding Phillips' whereabouts. You can
