TROY, N.Y. - Emmet Fullins has been identified by Troy Police as the man who stabbed another male in the neck with a screwdriver on November 3rd.
The stabbing occurred at the Midtown Grocery at 171 Congress St.
Warrants for Fullins' arrest for Assault in the 2nd-Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd-Degree have been signed.
