16-year-old missing out of Vermont, traveling in turquoise truck


MONKTON, Vt. - Vermont State Police are looking for a missing juvenile, 16-year-old Scott Tower, out of Monkton, Vermont.

Tower is a white male, 5' 10'' and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen in Monkton wearing khaki pants, boots and a brown plaid button-up shirt. 

He is possibly heading to a destination in Florida, and is traveling with 18-year-old Jeff Tanner and 30-year-old Justin Stevenson.

The group is traveling in a turquoise Mazda truck displaying the Vermont license plate EXN837.
