WATERVLEIT, N.Y. - On Tuesday night, the fate of St. Patrick's church in Watervleit could be decided.
The city council is set to vote on whether to make a zoning change at the site of the historic church.
If approved, the church's brick rectory, school, and several adjacent brick row houses would be demolished to accomodate for new industrial space.
Tuesday's meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Watervliet Senior Citizens Center.
