ALBANY, N.Y - Monday marked the first day of testimony in the re-trial of Edward McDonough.
Prosecutors called Troy councilman Kevin McGrath and city residents to testify against McDonough - the former democratic election inspector.
The Troy residents testified that they signed blank absentee ballots -- never selecting a candidate before handing them over.
Prosecutors gave McGrath immunity for his testimony on how he handled the suspect absentee ballots.
