WATERFORD, N.Y. - A 29-year-old Watervliet woman was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated on Sunday already has 15 prior driving suspensions, police say.
The Waterford Police Department arrested Jessica Sitts, of 1517 3rd Avenue in Watervliet, for Driving While Intoxicated and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation on Sunday after found allegedly driving with a B.A.C. of .09%.
While officers were running a license check, they discovered she was operating a vehicle with 15 prior suspensions with one suspension for an alcohol related offense in 2010.
She was released and issued to appear in Waterford Town Court on a later date.
