Local school hosts free Thanksgiving Dinner for community members in need

ALBANY, N.Y. - Green Tech High will host a free Thanksgiving-style dinner for local families Saturday.

Students and staff will provide food baskets to "any and all families in need." Anyone is welcome to attend.

According to the school, this Feed the Community initiative provides students the opportunity to engage in philanthropic efforts that give back to their community.

The dinner will be held at the school, 321 Northern Blvd., from 4 to 8 p.m.
