Albany Police search for sexual assault suspect

ALBANY, N.Y. - Albany Police are asking for help finding a sexual assault suspect.

They say an 18-year-old woman was attacked around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night on Central Avenue.

She says a man approached her trying to start a conversation, and then started forcibly touching her in a sexual manner.

She was able to get away and call police; she told them he was wearing a green jacket, jeans and a black hat.

Police do not have anyone in custody and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
