The Whitney Book Corner, located at 600 Union Street, Schenectady, will hold a huge Black Friday sale on November 23. All items in the store will be half price for that day only.
The Fair Trade Market at Delmar Reformed Church, open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. A wide variety of handicrafts and gifts will be available, as well as clothing and specialty foods and coffees. Proceeds will go directly back to the organizations that facilitate the artisans' ability to bring their goods to market.
