FULTON County, N.Y. - Some of the 30 dogs seized from a Fulton County breeder four months ago are finally available for adoption.
The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society has been caring for the dogs and puppies, waiting for the case to be resolved in court.
Executive Director Brad Shear says seven of the adult dogs will be returned to the original owner, Tirzah Henry, after they are spayed or neutered, but she will not be allowed to own anymore dogs.
The others are up for adoption.
