Governor Cuomo Endorses Congressional Candidate Julian Schreibman

KINGSTON, N.Y. – Governor Andrew Cuomo endorses Hudson Valley and Catskills Congressional candidate Julian Schreibman Friday.

"As a career prosecutor, Julian Schreibman has shown time and again that he is a true public servant, committed to fighting for all New Yorkers," said Governor Andrew Cuomo. "I'm supporting Julian because he has proven that he will fight to defend Medicare, protect the middle class, and help create jobs here in New York."

"I am honored to receive the endorsement of Governor Cuomo. He has proven himself as a great leader for New York, and if I get the opportunity to serve the Hudson Valley and Catskills region in Congress, I will carry on his commitment to putting the needs of the middle class first," said Julian Schreibman. "I am running for Congress because we need to turn the focus of Washington away from the policies of the Tea Party and back onto the issues that affect the men and women of upstate New York. In Washington I will defend Medicare, women's health and work to bring jobs back to our region."
