Waterford man selling heroin out of home

WATERFORD, N.Y. - Dylan Dinardo, 22-years-old, was arrested for selling heroin out of his home in Waterford.

The arrest came as a result of an investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit into illegal sales of narcotics.

Dinardo was arrested at a home on Hudson River Road in Halfmoon, N.Y., and was taken into custody without incident.

Dinardo was arraigned in the Town of Waterford Justice Court and remanded to the custody of Saratoga County Jail.
