Halloween Safe Night Out planned in the City of Albany

ALBANY, N.Y. - Albany County District Attorney Davis Soares, Pastor Charlie Muller, and local law enforcement announced details of the 2012 Halloween Safe Night Out event on Thursday.
The third annual Halloween Safe Night Out is hosted by ENOUGH and will be held in three neighborhoods in the City of Albany to ensure that children have a safe "trick or treating" experience on October 31st. The event will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This year the three Safe Night Out Zones will be filled with volunteers in three zones: Arbor Hill, West Hill and South End.
