Motorists are advised that beginning on Monday, October 29, at 7 a.m. a portion of Delaware Avenue (Route 443) between Fisher Boulevard and Meadow Lane/Orchard Street in the town of Bethlehem, Albany County, will be reduced to one-way alternating traffic controlled by a temporary traffic signal. The road will be reduced from two lanes to one until the end of December in order to accommodate a construction project to repair the slope along Delaware Avenue, as well as repair the shoulder.
