CAMBRIDGE, N.Y - The Cambridge-Greenwich Police Department has arrested a former school janitor who allegedly stole two computers from the school computer lab.

Police say 27-year-old Phillip Casey, of 909 County Street in Bennington, was employed as a part-time janitor with the Cambridge Central School District, when on two different occasions in October, entered a computer lab at the Cambridge Central School and stole two Apple Mac Pro Book computers valued at $1,200 each.

Police say the laptops were then either sold or traded for drugs.

Casey was charged Tuesday and remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
