DURHAM, N.Y. - The New York State Police at Catskill arrested a man on Monday for allegedly throwing two pumpkins at a 12-year-old girl.
Police say 29-year-old Christopher Willix, of East Durham, was arrested after throwing the pumpkins at the young girl and striking her in the head and face.
Willix is charged with Menacing 3rd-degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both misdemeanors. He was arraigned in the Town of Durham and released on his own recognizance.
