
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Police have arrested a 32-year-old man for burglary in Saratoga Springs.
On October 10th, Siro's Trattoria at the Lodge on Nelson Avenue reported a flat screen TV valued at over $5000 had been stolen sometime in the last few days.
An investigation was started and information obtained by officers led to the interviewing of Justin M. Lenza, of Union Street, Ballston Spa, N.Y. During the course of the investigation the TV was recovered and subsequently led to the arrest of Lenza for Burglary in the 3rd-Degree.
Lenza is being held in the Saratoga Springs City Jail awaiting arraignment
