COBLESKILL, N.Y. - The Schoharie County Sheriff's Office says they are currently investigating a case of animal neglect involving dogs and snakes.
The Sheriff's Office says while investigating an unrelated matter on Shad Point Road in the Town of Cobleskill, they discovered that two dogs and three snakes that appeared to not be fed or cared for.
The dogs, a Pit Bull and a Hound, along with the snakes, one Boa Constrictor and two Pythons, are now at the Schoharie Valley Animal Shelter and being examined.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
