Schenectady man charged with 9th DWI

ROTTERDAM, N.Y. - The Rotterdam Police Department says they arrested a man on his ninth driving while intoxicated charge Wednesday.

Police say they arrested 54-year-old Kenneth Conner, of Elder Street in Schenectady, for a felony charge of driving while intoxicated after found with a BAC of .15%. This is Conner's ninth DWI arrest over a period of 34 years.

Conner was arraigned in Rotterdam Town Court and remanded to Schenectady County Jail.
