TROY, N.Y. - The City of Troy is rededicating a Vietnam Memorial in the city's newly renovated Riverfront Park.
Troy mayor Lou Rosamilia joined area military and veteran groups to rededicate the new and improved memorial.
The improvements were made during the recent redevelopment of the park and include water damage repairs, re-landscaping, and increased lighting.
