NEW YORK - After experiencing the recent rise in gas prices, local drivers will be happy to know they are falling in the Capital Region -- if only just a little bit.
According to albanygasprices.com, prices locally have, on average, have dropped to $4.03 per gallon.
That's two-cents fewer than last week.
AAA has also released new averages for Massachusetts, where the price-per-gallon has dropped about five cents this week, to $3.83.
The national average is $3.78.
