Man arrested for masturbating in a parking lot in Amsterdam

AMSTERDAM, N.Y. - On October 11th, State Police in Fonda arrested David A. Palmer, 22, of Saint Johnsville, for Public Lewdness following a complaint of Palmer masturbating in the front seat of a vehicle that was parked at the Medical Arts parking lot off of State Route 30 in the Town of Amsterdam.

Palmer was processed at State Police Fonda and charged with Public Lewdness.

He was released on an appearance ticket to re-appear in the Town of Amsterdam Court on October 25th at 6:00 p.m.
