Saratoga County's Republican Committee appoints new chair

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - On Saturday afternoon, the Saratoga County's Republican Committee appointed Saratoga Springs resident John Herrick as the new committee chair.
Herrick will be replacing Jasper Nolan, who ran the committee for 27 years.
"I felt strongly that I should move on and open the door for someone else," said Nolan.
Herrick accepted the appointment.
