15-year-old boy charged with filming women undress

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - A 15-year-old boy has been accused of using a cell-phone camera to film ten women and girls undress in a locker room at the Saratoga Golf & Polo Club.

Saratoga Springs police will not be identifying him, due to his age, however police say the incident went on for about one hour. The cell phone video was discovered by one of the victims who then alerted a staff member.

Police officers say they now have the video in their custody.

The case has been referred to Saratoga County Family Court.

Proceedings are closed to the public.
