Hillsdale couple steal from farmer's stand cash-box

HILLSDALE, N.Y. - On September 5th, the New York State Police at Livingston arrested Lawrence O'Dell, age 50, of 6 Mobile Lane, Claverack for Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief and Conspiracy.

O'Dell was arrested after he stole cash from a farm stand after damaging the cash lock-box to get into it.

Also arrested for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy was Theresa Kelsey, age 48, of the same address.

Both were processed at State Police Livingston, and were released on appearance tcikets returnable to Hillsdale Court.
