Hispanic Heritage Festival moved indoors due to chance of rain

ALBANY, N.Y. - The Hispanic Heritage Festival scheduled for Saturday, September 22, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., has been moved indoors to the Convention Center from the planned outdoor location on the Empire State Plaza.

The change in location is due to the possibility of rain.

All events will continue as planned.
