Fire extinguished at old furniture store in Broadalbin

BROADALBIN, N.Y. - At approximately 5:50 a.m., the Broadalbin Fire Department responded to a fire on Mill Street, at the old Mohawk Furniture store.

It took around twenty-five minutes to extinguish the fire once the firemen had access to the building.

There were no injuries, and a cause has not yet been determined.

Investigation is ongoing.
