ALBANY, N.Y. - The Albany Police Department says four people were arrested Thursday night for serving alcohol to minors at two separate house parties in the Pine Hills neighborhood.

Just before midnight, police were called to 540 Hamilton Street for the report of a loud party. 19-year-old Joseph Ryan, of that address, was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Minor when police discovered there were numerous people under the age of 21 drinking there.

Then around 1 a.m., officers responded to 468 Hudson Avenue for a loud party. When officers arrived, they saw about 30 people on the porch of the home, some of which were underage, according to police. 21-year-old Alyson Best, 21-year-old Clayton White, and 21-year-old Dylan Gandy, all who allegedly hosted the party, were arrested and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Minor.
