
CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. - A man in Clifton Park has been arrested Thursday for allegedly shooting a fire arm outside of a residence with three children inside.
Authorities in Clifton Park say 57-year-old Francis Jubic, of 643 Waite Road, discharged the firearm then barricaded himself in the residence and refused to exit.
The children and other occupants of the residence were safely evacuated.
Jubic was subsequently taken into custody and charged with 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Discharging a Firearm Within 500 Feet of a Residence. He was arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Clifton Park Town Court at a later date.
