WARRENSBURG, N.Y. - The Warren County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested a Warrensburg man for rape after responding to a report of a domestic incident.
The Sheriff's Office says around 11:22 p.m. on Saturday, they responded to Hudson Street for the report of a domestic incident between boyfriend/girlfriend. During the investigation, it was revealed that 23-year-old Lance Johnson, of 31 Rays Road, had been involved in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female.
Johnson has been charged with Rape 3rd-degree and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility for lack of $750 cash bail, $1,500 bond.
