ALBANY, N.Y. - Thanks to a tipster's call, the New York/New Jersey Regional Task Force and Albany Police Department arrested Brian Jenkins, a wanted fugitive, on Monday.
Jenkins, who police considered armed and dangerous, was wanted for Attempted Murder 2nd, Criminal Use of Firearm 2nd,
Conspiracy 2nd, Criminal Possession of Weapon 2nd.
He was arrested Monday morning on North Manning Blvd in Albany as a direct result from information developed from
an anonymous tipster who called the Marshals hotline.
Police were offering a "significant cash reward" for information leading to his arrest.
