Fulton County Sheriff's Office conducts underage drinking sting

CAROGA, N.Y. - The Fulton County Sheriff's Office conducted an underage drinking sting operation last week, resulting in the arrest of several individuals.

Officers from the Sheriff's Office patrolled the Wednesday, August 22nd, motorcycle races at Royal Mountain in the town of Caroga and arrested five people for underage drinking: Kylie Hatley, 17, of Delanson NY; Frank Dufford, 18, of Little Falls NY; Jacob Taylor, 19, of Utah; Zachary Malagisi, 19, of Gloversville, and Robert Decker, 20, of Fonda.

Two others were arrested for possession of marijuana and one other was arrested for urinating in public during the sting operation.

The sting operation was able to take place thanks to the assistance of grant funds from the HFM Prevention Council to prevent underage drinking.
