SCHENECTADY, NY - The Schenectady Police Department's Special Investigative Unit in conjunction with the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant early Tuesday morning as a result of an ongoing drug investigation.
The search warrant was executed at 1322 Stratford Road. The resident, Roopnarain Dukharan, (DOB 05/16/54) was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
