Domestic dispute in Glenville leads to arrest


GLENVILLE, N.Y. - An alleged domestic dispute in Glenville led to an arrest early Sunday morning, police say.

Glenville police say 27-year-old Zachery Breglia Sr. got into a dispute with his girlfriend, in front of a two-year-old child at a residence in the hamlet of Alplaus in Glenville around 1:49 a.m. Sunday.

Police say when another resident of 248 Alplaus Avenue tried to stop the altercation, it is alleged Breglia pointed a gun at the resident then fled the scene.

One male, two females in their 20's and the child were evacuated from the home, as officers thought he may return to the home.

After searching the area, Breglia was later stopped on Saratoga Road in the Town of Ballston. He was charged with Menacing 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The investigation is continuing.
