PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- The third of three men accused of a triple slaying in Berkshire County has pleaded not guilty to charges following his re-indictment.

David Chalue pleaded not guilty Thursday to the charges he originally was indicted on back in October: murder, kidnapping, and witness intimidation.

Co-defendants Adam Lee Hall and Caius Veiovis pleaded not guilty last week.

The defandants are accused of killing David Glasser, Robert Chadwell, and Edward Frampton, allegedly because Hall, a ranking member of a local Hell's Angels chapter, wanted Glasser dead so he couldn't testify at an assault trial.
