The Warren County Sheriff's Office says 31-year-old Cory Cleavland, of 129 River Street in Warrensburg, was arrested after police received a complaint from a woman reporting that she was assaulted by her husband at their home Monday around 9:45 p.m.

The victim suffered a broken leg during the altercation, which the sheriff's office says took place in front of their young daughter.

Cleavland is charged with Assault 2nd-degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Criminal Mischief. He was arraigned in Warrensburg Town Court and bail was set at $500 cash/$2,000 bond.
