TROY, N.Y. - Monday is an exciting day for more than a dozen kids in Troy
who get to visit the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield.
For the seventh year, Troy's Frear Park Recreation Camp has organized the free trip for 15 campers.
The special field trip relies on donations from the community in order to give
less fortunate children a chance to see something new.
The 15 kids will get the chance to not only visit
the Basketball Hall of Fame in Massachusetts but take part in a
clinic.
The Frear Park Recreation Camp is sponsored by the City of Troy and is free for kids to attend every year.
