ALBANY, NY - The Albany Police Department is investigating the shooting of a 15-year-old Cohoes teen that occurred Friday night on Sherman Street.
Officers responded to the 200 Block of Elk Street just after 11:00 p.m., after receiving a call that a male had been shot.
When officers arrived, they located the victim with a single gunshot wound to his neck.
He was treated on the scene by medical personnel and transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital.
He is currently listed in stable condition.
